Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your decor products!

Most items will be accepted for return or exchange 10 Days following shipment arrival. Items must be unused in their original packaging. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Send us an email within the 10 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to contact the necessary supplier and respond back to you via email with instructions on what to do next. Product must be shipped within 3 days following instructions email. All inquiries to be made by EMAIL.

Please note there will be no returns for customized products (such as engraving), made to order products (printed after an order is placed) or sale items. However, if there were any printing issues contact us immediately and the item will be re-ordered.

For damaged products or products with lower quality than depicted, please attach photos and description of the issue in your email inquiry so we may quality control future items. In some instances it may not be necessary to ship the product back to the supplier.

Store Credit may be given in special circumstances.
